Noyaï Shipping Policy

At Noyaï, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. All orders are processed through our fulfillment center and shipped in collaboration with PostNL.

1. Processing and Shipping

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM will, if possible, be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM are processed and shipped the next working day.
  • On holidays and in exceptional cases (such as extreme busy periods) processing may take longer.

2. Delivery time

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Expected delivery time is 1-2 working days.
  • Other EU countries: Delivery time varies between 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.
  • International shipments outside the EU: Delivery times may vary and depend on the destination country.

Please note that delays caused by PostNL or other delivery services are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the total amount of your order.
  • Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount. This will be automatically displayed at checkout.

4. Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so you can track the delivery.

5. Incorrect Address or Uncollected Packages

  • Always check that you have entered the correct delivery address. Noyaï is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address information.
  • Packages not picked up at a collection point and returned to us can be resent at additional shipping costs.

6. Damage or Lost Packages

Has your order arrived damaged or does your package seem to be lost? Then contact as soon as possible support@noyai.com so we can provide a solution.

Noyaï Return Policy

At Noyaï, we apply a minimum return period of 30 days. For some products, an extended 90-day money-back guarantee applies. Please carefully review the conditions below before requesting a return.

1. Return Conditions

  • You have at least 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
  • Products covered by the 90-day money-back guarantee may be used, provided we can verify that it is an original Noyaï product.
  • Products that are not covered by this warranty must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. Used products are not accepted and will not be reimbursed.
  • Discount and promotional products can be returned, unless otherwise stated.

2. Return process

  1. Send an email to support@noyai.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will review your request and send instructions on how to return.
  3. Once we have received and checked the return, the refund will be processed or a replacement product sent.
  4. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

3. Return costs

  • The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer, unless a wrong product was delivered or there is a defect.

4. Damage or wrong delivery

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately via support@noyai.com so we can assess and resolve the issue.

5. Products that cannot be returned

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products and special orders
  • Opened or used products that are not covered by the 90-day warranty
  • Gift cards

6. European Union – 14 days reflection period

For orders shipped to the European Union, a statutory reflection period of 14 days applies. Within this period, you can return your order without giving a reason, provided the product is unused, in original condition and packaging.

7. Refund

  • After approval of the return, you will receive the purchase amount back via the original payment method within 10 working days.
  • Please note that it may take a few days before the refund is visible in your account.
